Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 3pm, 3/4 hour for lunch.

Project Brief
Eternity is looking for interns to look at ways to more effectively analyze the key performance indicators of the business in order to help Eternity move forward. The intern will develop better ways to track Key Performance Indicators of the business, deal with the accounting side of the company and financial planning. Eternity needs to maintain a strong business plan. Through creative and innovative thinking, the intern will be able to come up with new strategies and financial opportunities to make Eternity a successful and strong organization.

You will have your own goals and tasks set out with your mentor. These are examples of tasks you might do in this internship:

1. Business Planning, based on financial planning.
2. Cash flow forecasting in order to model Eternity’s future financial liquidity over a specific timeframe.
3. You will be working on Strategic Cost Accounting, which helps to create a competitive edge for Eternity.
4. Strategic Planning. All strategic planning deals with at least one of three key questions you will ask yourself:
"What do we do?" , "For whom do we do it?", "How can we beat or avoid competition?".
5. You will be working with Bank Reconciliation,
6. You will prepare a monthly / weekly management account for the directors.
7. You will work with the monthly P&L,
8. You will be monitoring costs and sales value,
9. You will work out GP & NP.

We are not expecting you to be able to carry out all the duties but will move candidates towards their natural ability but at the same time we are looking for candidates who have a self development orientation, who have the ability to continuously improve and learn new skills, and increase their personal capability. With management teaching, instruction, ongoing training and mentoring from the company we will maximize your experience with the company

Person Specification, Required Skills & Experience
• Currently educated / graduate / have a degree in an adequate area. (Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, Management Studies, Business Activities, etc.)
• High understanding of computer proficiency (Excel, Word 2003, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, QuickBooks (or other accounting software) and the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with graphic design software and/or HTML is a bonus)
• Excellent organization skills are essential
• Ability to categorize and record valuable information
• A self motivated hand on proactive approach when dealing with clients; have persistence
• Ability to prioritize your workload, and following the company culture of going beyond what’s expected/the brief.
• Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Capable of working individually and as part of a team.
