Project Brief
Eternity Clothing is looking for interns to help them successfully enter
new markets. We are looking for interns to initially understand our
business to business target audience. Interns must understand our target
audience’s motivations, their media consumption, and route to market.
Then take a strategic approach to meet the business objective of
increasing business with existing football clubs and securing new orders
from new clubs.
The following are tasks selected for this internship. You will however
together with your mentor establish your own goals and projects.
1. You will help achieve our organizational goal by contacting football
clubs in selected countries especially for you. You will gain as much
information as possible (Name of right person to talk to, Address,
Email, Telephone etc). After contacting you will send out sales letters,
information packages and samples of clothing. You will try and make
appointments with football clubs either in our Manchester office or in
their own office.
2. The brochure must be an effective sales tool, to send out enquiries
and to generate interest including products and case studies of
customers. This brochure must be in line with the new website.
3. We are looking for a fresh creative brand and corporate identity.
This new brand look and feel must support our marketing activity and our
continued approach to football clubs. The brand positioning must give us
an edge when targeting football clubs to be a technical sponsor and give
us an unique proposition to hold all marketing and collateral together.
Meaning the new brand must support sales effort with a cohesive brand
look and feel and a refreshed brochure to help the sales effort. The
brand and identity must establish the correct tone of voice, key thought
and proposition.
4. We are also looking for a candidate to set up and manage a template
email newsletter to our new and existing clients for mailing clubs on a
regular basis, using www.constantcontact.com so it would be advisable to
look at this web site and see if you could use or manage this system.
This is not essential but helpful.
5. The interns will essentially be the company marketing team.

Our Marketing & Sales team works every day on promoting and improving
our business. The team uses a wide range of sales and marketing
techniques while dealing with a great variety of responsibilities
including promotion, improving the structure and contents of our
websites as well as developing and maintaining customer and partner
relations. Join our team and help us to create innovative means of
marketing and gain confidence in presenting and delivering personal and
collective ideas.
Person Specification, Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent organization skills are
essential
• General understanding of the fashion clothing industry
• Currently educated / graduate / have a degree in an adequate area.
• Ability to categorize and record valuable information
• A self motivated hand on proactive approach when dealing with clients;
have persistence
• Ability to prioritize your workload, and following the company culture
of going beyond what’s expected/the brief.
• Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Capable of working individually and as part of a team
• Capable of multi-tasking and dealing with more than one role at a
time.
