Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 3pm, 3/4 hour for lunch.

Project Brief
Eternity Clothing is looking for interns to look at ways for marketing any stock products to new and existing customers. Your work would consist of gaining information on existing and new customers and ways of marketing and selling stock to them. The information needed must contain Names, addresses, email addresses contact numbers and other information which may or may not be given to you. You will follow this information up by placing calls to make introductions about our company, sending out letters and emails and also sending samples of fashion clothing to the clubs. A good knowledge of marketing research is needed for this role.

You will have your own goals and tasks set out for you by your mentor. These are examples of tasks you might do in this internship:

1. You will be analyzing our stock lines and looking at ways to improve how the stock information is held and presented by the company and how the stock information is communicated to customers
2. You will be reviewing our existing stock buyers information and looking at ways to improve how the customer information is held and analyzed by the company
3. You will be contacting these buyers and seeing if you can sell to these buyers
4. You will be working on different ways of locating new stock buyers for stock that we are trying to sell by internet searches, marketing databases
5. You will be contacting these new buyers and seeing if you can sell stock to these new buyers
6. You will be expected to set up and manage an eBay account, for selling stock which will include photographing the stock, and uploading sales information on the stock
7. You will be expected to manage a template email newsletter to our new and existing clients for mailing clubs on a regular basis, using www.constantcontact.com so it would be advisable to look at this web site and see if you could use or manage this system.
9. You will be linking the newsletter, eBay account and the web site for maximum marketing and sales.
10. Find wholesalers contact address on UK directory, yell.com or buy this information from electric marketing database and contact Brown fashion, Extreme sport to check their interest in casual wears.
11. Find information regarding the off-price show exhibition that will take place next year.
12. Update the website with the stock sales letter (website sales letter).

We are not expecting you to be able to carry out all the duties but will move candidates towards their natural ability but at the same time we are looking for candidates who have a self development orientation, who have the ability to continuously improve and learn new skills, and increase their personal capability.

Person Specification, Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent organization skills essential
• Good Telephone Skills
• Currently educated / graduate / have a degree in an adequate area (preferably marketing).
• Understanding of the fashion football industry
• Ability to categorize and record valuable information
• Good knowledge of, Microsoft outlook - email, Office Word 2003 and Office Excel.
• A self motivated hand on proactive approach when dealing with clients; have persistence
• Ability to prioritize your workload, and following the company culture of going beyond what’s expected/the brief.
• Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Capable of working individually and as part of a team
• Capable of multi-tasking and dealing with more than one role at a time for example; Dealing with numerous clients in different countries.
